We are excited to announce that we will be offering wholesale accounts from October 2020. 

Retailers must agree to our Terms & Conditions and we reserve the right to discontinue sales to stores who fail to comply. Please note, terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.


  • All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not applicable. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced.

  • We do not offer our products on consignment.

  • There is a minimum spend of $250 per wholesale order excluding postage.

  • Bunnies and Bee orders must be pre paid before shipping; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept bank transfer payments, please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying. You will be emailed the invoice and goods will be held for 21 days pending payment. Please note that all orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days before being reallocated to another stockist. No orders will be posted until full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to exclude certain items or entire lines of products from wholesale. Please note that our keepsake boxes and personalised items are not available for wholesale.

  • Please ensure you give the full and correct shipping address to avoid re-delivery fees.

  • Whole sale orders can be placed via email to bunniesandbee@gmail.com we endeavour to respond to all email’s within 24 hours, if you have not heard back from us please feel free to reach out to us via social media or call us on 0401229804.


Delivery and production time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks excluding shipping. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order we will make every effort to accomodate where ever possible. Please note that during peak periods such as easter and Christmas there may be delays, please keep this in mind when ordering and allow for extra delivery time.

Pick up is available from either Gregory Hills or Middleton Grange NSW, please advise if you would like to utilise this option.

All orders are sent via Sendle. Please contact us if you would like to request a different carrier. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the products have left our possession.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be issued with a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery progress.
If your order is returned to sender we will contact you. If you would like us to resend your order, you will be charged postage a second time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, and weight of your order and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch.

Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage and an image to bunniesandbee@gmail.com, and quote your invoice number. Non-delivery must be reported immediately.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods, change of mind or preference of natural variation in items made from wood.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure our products are displayed accurately on screen, some computer monitors may display colours incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on your monitor.

Bunnies and Bee products are handmade, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. The surface of some products have been designed to look very natural and unique. This is not considered a fault.


On the odd occasion that a product is out of stock or we don’t have the quantity you have ordered available and we are unable to fulfil your whole order, we will notify you.

If directed, we will proceed to ship all available items from your order and once the other items are back in stock, we will ship them out immediately, at our cost.

Alternatively, we can offer an agreeable alternative item, or refund if necessary.


Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. Pre-orders are considered final orders and cannot be cancelled once paid.
We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the cancelled product will be refunded in full to the stockist.


The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (bunniesandbee.com) and will be shown on invoices. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit but prices are not to be set under the RRP.
Should Bunnies and Bee place an item on sale and you would like to price match please get in contact with us. When lowering prices you must clearly indicate that the item is on sale.

Bunnies and Bee products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy etc. Selling Bunnies and Bee products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance. All Bunnies and Bee products being sold online must state clearly that they are created by Bunnies and Bee.

All Bunnies and Bee product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Bunnies and Bee . Approved Bunnies and Bee stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Bunnies and Bee website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage.


We do not offer exclusivity of Bunnies and Bee products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to coordinate a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distant from each other, or by offering a different product mix.


Your shop name, address and website will be added to the stockists list on the Bunnies and Bee website. Please let us know if you would not like to be displayed on the stockist list.

We will do regular social media shout outs and sharing to support retailers who support us.


Bunnies and Bee products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.


Bunnies and Bee cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade. Bunnies and Bee are not responsible for any damages that occur once the product is in your possession or for any refunds for purchases made through your store.


We will carefully review all wholesale requests and those businesses approved will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 businesses working days. We reserve the right to deny and approve those businesses we believe will fit in with the Bunnies and Bee branding, and also discontinue wholesaling to any businesses who are found to not adhere to any of the listed terms and conditions. In order to gain approval, we may require details from you, including your business or trading name, ABN, address or URL of your retail or online outlet, contact details and any associated social media in your brand name.


By placing an order with Bunnies and Bee you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately, stockists will be notified of changes.
